Well it was just me, Abraham and my mom home for the 4th of July parade this year. It was pretty nasty weather out - didn't start raining until about 15 minutes before the parade was supposed to start and rained on and off for a good hour. We had jackets and umbrellas this time - learned our lesson from last year! Abraham really enjoyed the parade much more this year. He was entranced by all the cool cars, trucks, fire engines, dump trucks... you name it, it was in our "hick" town parade! We even have the port-a-pot trucks in the parade as well! It was great to share the memory with Mimi!

Abraham was VERY much into the parade this year. Beats last year when we could barely keep his attention. Even momma buggin' him about taking pictures, couldn't distract him!

and the firetrucks! We saw Miss Lin in the ambulance and he thought it was great to wave to her.

Nothing beats a parade on the 4th. It looks like you all had a blast. It was just me and the kids for our parade over here, but we still had a blast. I was hoping for clouds, but the sun made quite an appearance.
